Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Absolutely – once your site is done, you can pause your subscription and save any unused time. Pick up right where you left off whenever you’re ready for new updates or changes.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Design services are run entirely by me, Kevin Wolf. I work directly with every client. For complex requests like animations or custom illustrations, I may collaborate with other creatives.

If you don’t have enough design work for a full month, you can pause your subscription. For example, if you use 21 of 31 days, the remaining 10 days stay saved to use anytime later.

If you only have a few design requests, you can pause your subscription. Any unused days in your 31-day cycle (like 10 out of 31) can be paused and saved for use later.

Most requests are designed using Figma or Canva.

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

We do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, complex animated graphics, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.)

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the high quality nature of work, there are no refunds issued with any subscription. But if you are really unhappy with our service (doubt it), reach out and we can come to a solution.
